Stephen Skillman is an Associate Lean Six Sigma Facilitator at Kent State University. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Statistical Analyst. Stephen received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Lake Erie College, and has worked in the automotive, government ballistics and electrical insulation industries. He has held Production Scheduler, Purchasing Manager, Shipping Manager and Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager positions with Nescor Plastics and Iten Industries. Stephen has been a Kent State Facilitator for the past 3 years, consulting, teaching, and coaching companies in Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints methodologies.
